Tannourine

I uploaded here the pictures my daughter took during a hike in Tannourine last summer with family and friends. She told me the place was beautiful and even heavenly. The pictures that are on display in the corresponding photo album support her impression.

Seduced by the photos I went surfing for information on this magnificent village and I came across some interesting websites such as http://www.tannourinevillage.com/index.htm, dedicated to the village and featuring historical aspects of the village, its inhabitants and heritage...

I also came across another interesting website which shows pictures and posts information on Tannourine : http://www.saidon.com/cities/tannourine.html. Though it's main concern is the city of Saida, this website offers information and photos on Lebanon's major cities and villages.
